The travails of an Indian Author

When I started writing My first book The Village of Shadows,  I did not have the fAintest idea what I was getting myself into. I thought writing, the art of putting your mind on paper, would be tough. It was not. The first draft was over in just three months. The writing was the easiest part. Rewritin, reviewiing ,polishing up the characters all took about four months. Proof reading was tedious.

When it came to printing and publishing, I discovered the hard way that a debut novel does not get published easily or well.

Proting a new book is a nightmare.

You don’t want to see your child go begging Right. So now in the search for promoting the book. This is the first attempt at that
